Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), has released a notification on official website for the examination of National Means-Cum – Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMSS) 2026. This examination is for JAC Application Form has started on 20 December 2025 & the candidates can apply till the 17 January2026.  How To Apply JAC NMMSS Online Form 2026
  • Step 1: Students will first register themselves on the NMMSS Section of the Exam Portal on the council’s website, Jac.jharkhand.gov.in.
  • Step II: After registration, they will make the Online Fee Payment.
  • Step III: After fee payment, they will take a printout of the application form and submit it to their school principal (headmaster).
  • Step IV: The school principal will attest the filled application form along with the required documents and submit it to the District Education Officer (DEO) office mandatorily.
  • Step V: The District Education Officer will Approve, Reject, or Defect the online application based on the evidence.
  • Step VI: The examinees can download their admit cards from the council’s website.
